good quality packaging within given time frame. An estimated delivery time
might be displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, after
order confirmation by seller, you will receive an email containing a summary of
the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on
your email ID as specified during registration. The courier company may contact
you at the telephone number provided by you at the time of order to arrange
delivery. If the item is not delivered because you were not available at the
time of delivery, then redelivery charges may be applicable and payable by you.
The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item
availability and shipping service.
Item Availability:- Unless otherwise noted, all items
available for purchase on the website are in stock. Items that are backordered
contain a note indicating this fact as well as the expected delivery time frame.
Shipping Service:- During checkout, we might show you a list
of available shipping services and their corresponding prices and timeframes.
Note some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of
other items from the same region -- these items are clearly labeled with the
special timeframe on the product detail page (as well as in checkout).
If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order
within the promised time-frame, we will immediately contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping
All completed and paid orders are shipped fast. All items
are shipped on a strict timely manner. We understand the importance of
delivering products to our customers on time and that's our priority. Currently
we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx or a Similar Courier
Tracking:-
Customers are provided with a tracking for the shipping
carrier for the respective delivery. We also update your order with the
tracking information. Please note that some orders using cheap shipping
option will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates:-
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on
the weight of your products, and/or size of your product and your location.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will
be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. In
case of free shipping promotion, shipping charges are not shown to customers.
Back Orders:-
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of
your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you
the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and
handling for the second shipment. You always have the option to cancel and
claim full refund for the backordered item.
International Shipping
Please check with the Customs bureau in the destination
country if you are unsure about any commodity-specific import regulations or
restrictions that might affect your shipment. A few of the country-specific
import restrictions known to affect items sold at Jumbodealglobal.com include,
but are not limited to: (a) all jewelry items being shipped to France (for
France, only the Standard service can be used for jewelry items); (b) all items
being shipped to Australia or New Zealand that contain natural fibers
(including bamboo, coconut, straw, and cane), potpourri, or animal parts
(including hide, bone, and horn). Jumbodealglobal.com cannot be held
responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed or otherwise not delivered as
a result of an import restriction in any country other than the USA.
Orders being shipped to addresses outside of India may
require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery, depending on the shipping
service that has been selected. During the checkout process, customers might be
shown the available shipping services for their country for the specific
item(s) being ordered. Each service option will clearly indicate if duty and
tax will be due at the time of delivery, or if it will be pre-collected by us
at the time of purchase -- in which case no further payment will be due for
duty or tax once the order has been submitted. For gifts and for orders being
sent to a country other than your country of residence, we strongly recommend
that you select a shipping service with all duty and tax paid in advance to
prevent any delays in delivery or inconvenience to the recipient.
Customers outside the United States who select a shipping
service with duty and tax due at the time of delivery are encouraged to contact
their local courier or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes
and fees. We cannot be held responsible for import charges imposed by the
courier and/or the local government on orders delivered to countries other than
the United States. Please note that while we will declare orders containing a
gift message as "Gifts" on the Customs declaration, we cannot honor
any requests to alter the declared value for an order.
Shipping to PO Box/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
In many cases we are able to ship to a PO Box. Most orders
with Standard shipping can ship to a PO Box, whereas orders with Premium or
Priority Premium service typically require a physical address, as those orders
will be delivered by UPS, DHL, FedEx or a similar courier. We may alert you
during the checkout process if one or more of the items in your order will
require a physical address, based on your selection of shipping service.
In many cases we are
able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Most orders with Standard shipping can
ship to such an address. We may alert you during the checkout process if one or
more of the items in your order is not eligible for delivery to the APO/FPO/DPO
address provided. Please note that expedited delivery services are not
available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and that actual delivery time may exceed
the timeframe quoted for some overseas destinations.
Refused shipments and undelivered packages
Please note a $40 fee (per package) will be assessed for all
refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return
shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international deliveries, the customer will be responsible
for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition
to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed
shipments.
Please note a $25 fee (per package) will be assessed for all
shipments that are re-routed or returned to Jumbodealglobal.com by the carrier.
This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before
packages can be re-shipped.
Note: We assure you that all due precautions are taken so
that your package reaches you intact. Each order we receive is generally
processed within 2-7 working days, and you may get Delivery in 2-15 business
days. In few locations, the delivery may
take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics
partners. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight
delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such
cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS

is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal
authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier
Company or postal authorities generally within 2-7 working days. In most cases,
the delivery will happen much before the above deadlines. Delivery of all
