ORDER CANCELLATION
Jumbodealglobal.com is an independent online marketplace
where independent buyers and sellers transact with each other. Policies
instituted to help users resolve genuine claims arising from transactions they
have with other users on the site. All cancellations are subject to jumbodealglobal.com
website Terms & Conditions listed here. These terms and conditions might
not be applicable on certain occasions (such as exclusive sale, season end
sale, year-end sale, festival sale etc.) and will be as such indicated on the
website. All status communication between jumbodealglobal.com and Users will be
on email (email ID used to registered on website) or phone number (user phone
number as registered on website).
Cancellation by jumbodealglobal.com and/or seller:
There may be certain
orders that jumbodealglobal.com is unable to accept and must cancel. Seller
can, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel an order for any reason prior to
dispatch. Certain situations that may result in an order being cancelled include
(this is an indicative list only) the product or quantities ordered by You not
being available with the Seller, non-availability of the website service,
pricing information inaccuracies or errors, or problems identified by Seller.
Seller may also require additional verification or information before accepting
any order. Jumbodealglobal.com will contact you if all or any portion of your
order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your
order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged by website or its
Seller, the said amount will be refunded by as per timelines given below. In
case of cancellation of order by Seller the Promo Code, Coupon or Voucher used
for the said order shall be reactivated based on jumbodealglobal.com’s
discretion.
Cancellation by buyer:
User can cancel the order before end of day on which they
have placed the order i.e. up to 11:59:59 pm on same day as that of order by
sending an email to care@jumbodealglobal.com from User’s registered email
address mentioning order number (available on order confirmation email sent to
user) and a request for cancellation. In case of user requests for order
cancellations beyond this time, jumbodealglobal.com and/or Seller reserves the
right to accept or reject requests for order cancellation for any reason
whatsoever. Once jumbodealglobal.com accepts the user cancellation, it will
inform the Seller of the same within 1 business day. Seller will then refund
the purchase amount to you as per timelines given below. Jumbodealglobal.com
will not be able to cancel orders that have already been dispatched by Seller. Jumbodealglobal.com
has the full right to decide whether an order has been dispatched by Seller or
not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by jumbodealglobal.com and
accept jumbodealglobal.com’s decision regarding cancellation.
Credit for cancelled products will be issued within 10 business days* of cancelled product using the same form of payment originally used for the order (except where other arrangements have been made, as in the case of gift orders). At this time we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Jumbodealglobal.com (including Sellers) offers Customers a
3-Day returns policy so raise a return request within 3 days of item delivery.
Returns will be accepted under the following reasons:
· Defective/Damaged Product
· Product significantly different from the Product’s
Specifications
· Incorrect Quantity
· Wrong item Delivered
· Important Part of item is missing
· Item is not authentic
Note: - If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery,
payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been
released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to
support returns and/or refunds, which are:
· Change of
mind
· If the
return request is made outside the specified time frame.
· Product has
been used by Customer
· Defective
products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
· The product
is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the
seller claims from the customer.
· Products
with missing or tampered serial numbers
· If the
product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition
in which you had received it.
· Customer is
not willing to co-operate with jumbodeal.in or the Seller in resolving the
concern
· Products
that may/have been tampered or products with missing serial numbers.
· Customer has
not paid for the item committed to buy
· Customer has
paid more than the indicated amount by payment to the Courier representative in
Cash on Delivery payment option
· Products
which are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
· Refunds will
not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any
way before arriving at the Returns Center.
· No refunds
or returns on custom orders.
· No refunds
or returns on gift certificates.
· As a
safeguard against potential abuse, we reserve the right to deny a refund to
anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
· Please note that gift box charges are not
refundable.
We (jumbodealglobal.com and associated sellers) will try our
best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible
because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per
the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please
get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process
for the same.
The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received
from Seller upon arrival And in case you have received your order with the
outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and
share with us. Customer must report any
issues to jumbodealglobal.com via email (care@jumbodealglobal.com) within 3
days of receipt of the product. Jumbodealglobal.com will then checks or notify
the Seller of the same within 1 business day. Failure to report condition of
product as ‘Physically Damaged’ or ‘Not as described’ etc on arrival within
1day of receipt may result in denial of 3-Day Return policy.
To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the
benefits of the 3 days Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points.
· All items to be returned must be unused and in their
original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
· We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign
of being broken or tampered with by you.
· We expect that while returning the product you will pack
the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any
damage/lost in Transit (For example: - If a complaint was raised for Wrong item
Delivered and the sent item got damaged in the transit or part of item is
missing then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not
be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
Please Note that: We may not be able to exchange products
bought during sale or discount. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/
stock availability.
How to Return?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account,
visit the orders and return section in My Account menu and click the Return
Item(s) button.
If your return is in
any way a result of an error by jumbodealglobal.com or seller, we will provide
you refund on all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are
returning.
If the return is not the result of an error by jumbodealglobal.com
or seller , you will be responsible for all shipping and gift box costs
incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s).
Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as
UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package,
as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the returns
center in their original condition.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned
products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns
Center. . If Product returned does not satisfy Returns Policy conditions, it
will be returned back to the User and no refund will be provided.
